After 10 years of home bread making Louise Ritchie is now sharing her bread with the local community of Beechworth and surrounding districts. A combination of traditional bread making techniques, sourdough culture and quality ingredients are used to create a nutritious and delicious staple of life.
All ingredients are organic and/or biodynamic, Australian grown and processed. There are no additives or preservatives.
Simply flour, salt and water with a few added tasty extras such as herbs, fruit and honey.
